Remember
Surface the stories, histories, identities, relationships, and systems that shaped the present. Remembering interrupts the lie that today’s culture appeared by accident.
Our methodology
A systems-aware, narrative-centered approach for leaders who want to tell the truth about the present, imagine beyond inherited limitations, and build accountable pathways toward collective thriving.
The central question
Leadership is never practiced on a blank page. We inherit assumptions about power, professionalism, safety, conflict, worth, and who gets to belong. The framework helps leaders make those assumptions visible and decide, with intention, what should be carried forward.
It connects inner work and systems work. Leaders examine their own narratives while redesigning the organizational conditions that turn those narratives into outcomes.
Five movements
Surface the stories, histories, identities, relationships, and systems that shaped the present. Remembering interrupts the lie that today’s culture appeared by accident.
Name the conditions in which people could belong, contribute, repair, and thrive. Dreaming is disciplined imagination—not escape from the current reality.
Challenge the inherited definition of the problem. Use R.A.N.K. to examine whose perspective is centered, what the system rewards, and what impact remains unnamed.
Translate insight into new agreements, rituals, decisions, policies, roles, and feedback loops. Redesign makes the desired culture observable and practicable.
Track lived experience, not just completion. Learn from impact, repair what is not working, and keep moving without treating the first design as sacred.
The diagnostic within the work
R.A.N.K. gives Reframe and Redesign a concrete discipline. It helps teams interrupt surface-level problem solving and examine how value and power are being assigned.
Where it can be used
The framework can shape culture audits, strategic planning, leadership coaching, team retreats, policy redesign, restorative implementation, and learning experiences.
Its language can be tailored for schools, nonprofits, people teams, and faith-based communities without losing its commitments to dignity, truth, power awareness, and collective liberation.
The next move
Bring the decision, pattern, policy, or culture tension. We will help your team move from remembering to accountable redesign.
